You can extract an item from a portfolio so that it becomes a stand-alone file.

  1. Open the portfolio document in PDF Pro 2.
  2. Show the Portfolio panel by choosing View > Portfolio.
  3. Click on the item to be extracted.
  4. Click the Extract Item icon  in the panel’s toolbar.
  5. Put a tick next to the items you wish to export.
  6. Specify a file name for the copy of the item. The original item will not be removed from the portfolio.
