To exclude parts of a page from exporting then you can use the Crop tool  to temporarily crop a range of pages in your document. Anything outside of the crop box will be ignored during the export.

  1. Use the Crop tool  to drag out a box.
  2. Once the export has been done, the crop can be removed by choosing: Document > Pages > Remove Crop.
