You can add files to existing portfolios.

  1. Open an existing portfolio document open in PDF Pro 2.
  2. Show the Portfolio panel by choosing View > Portfolio.
  3. Then either:
    • Drag and drop one or more files onto the Portfolio panel. Once added, you can change the ordering of the documents by dragging them around within the Portfolio panel.
    • Click the Add icon  on the small toolbar at the top of the Portfolio panel.
